I had a few things that needed to be done and was quoted a price which I agreed upon . Fast forward to payment and I paid only to get a call from the renter that dishwasher was not working and come to find out that was not hooked up which was in the quote. I contact company to see what happed and the gentleman said he would take care of it but hasn’t contacted me so I asked for a little bit of a refund and of course no answer. I like to support local family businesses but would not support this one!

On referral from my Neighbor, I gave Johnny a call. Some 15 minutes later, Nick and John Jr. knocked on our door. Our Kitchen / Laundry Drains had been slowing, over the past 6 mos. and finally came to a halt. This Team jumped in, broke the problem down and solved it efficiently. Very personable and informative_worth every penny. Holding onto their number for sure!

Called CVP for a second opinion after getting an outrageous estimate from another plumber who spent about 10 minutes at my house. Johnny came over and spent quite a while with me troubleshooting and making suggestions on the best way to do the job. He came back with his camera and really diagnosed the issue. The following week his 2 sons (Nic & Johnny) came over and did the work. It was a big job and they were here for 2.5 days. They did a great job and were professional and personable, which made it even better. They cleaned everything up each day and the price was well below the first quote I received. I will never call another plumber.

My kitchen sink was being held together by putty and tape, once that didn't hold I called the first plumbing company on the list. I'm so happy it was this company. When I called the man told me to text him the address and someone would be over in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they were here! They came in took a look quoted me, and started working right away. Even when I was trying to figure out how to pay, I asked if they took debit cards, yes, I asked if they took checks, yes. They even will split it between two cards, that was my final decision. They worked so quickly. In and out within about 20-30 minutes! And now I can finally go back to my dishes. I'm never calling a diffrent company! Thank you so much guys!!

Very pleased with Albert the supervisor to get a same day appointment. When the plumber came out I asked him about the senior 15% discount off labor as indicated on the coupon @company website. When I signed the invoice, I asked again about the discount and Carlos said he did apply it but it turned out it wasnt applied and it was the same quoted price from Albert. In the end, I got a new toilet for mom to transfer from her wheelchair now. I guess I'll be more persuasive to get the discount ahead of time.

Simply put, CVP saved me a great deal of money and time. After going round and round with my American Home Warranty and their unscrupulous plumbing contractor, I called CVP. I received a plain spoken, empathetic conversation followed up by an almost immediate visit to the home to see the challenge at hand. I felt like I was working with a neighbor who very much cared about getting this fixed for us. The owner, his sons and associates were all very easy and professional to deal with. I am grateful for the experience.

1/24/17 made an appointment with Johnny to come out on a Saturday between 12 noon & 2:00 pm as I was going out by 4:00 pm. I waited until 2:45 pm and texted - no answer. I called and was told they were on their way. 1 1/2 hrs later, still not there, I called and Johnny said the workers had gone home for the day. Johnny texted me and said he would make it up to me and give me a discount. When I texted him yesterday to set up the day and time, I never heard back from him. I wouldn't recommend this plumber.

Nick and Johnny were great! Both very professional and personable. Coolest plumbers around. They came in, did a quick and efficient job, meticulous work. A1 all the way around. Definitely recommend!
